Ingredients

1cup All Purpose Flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2tsp salt
1cup butter
8oz dark chocolate chopped
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 large eegs
1tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup strawberries, stems and hulls removed sliced.
For the frosting:
4 ounces butter softened
4 ouces cream cheese softened
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
1/4 tsp salt
2 1/2cup Powdered sugar
8 strawberries, tops cut off, sliced in half and cut into hearts fot topping.
Preparation.

Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare 9x9 square baking pan with parchment paper all the way up the sides
In a large bowl whisk together the flour, cocoa powder an salt.
Set aside.
In a pan over medium low heat, combine the butter, chopped dark chocolate and sugar and stir until combined an d the sugar is dissolved.
Set aside and lef cool for 10 minutes.
In another bowl whisk the eggs and vanilla together and add the cooled butter mixture.
Combine until just moistened.
Fold in the sliced strawberries.
Pour into prepared pan, smooth the top with a spatula and bakefor 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick come out clean.
Let cool completely before frosting.
Frosting; In a medium bowl . use a mixer to cream together the butter an cream cheese.
Add tha cocoa powder, melted chocolate an salt and mix well.
Add the powdered sugar half of a cup at a time until you reach the desired level of sweetness.
Frost the top of the brownies in the pan in an even layer and decorate with strawberry halves.
Chill for one hour.
Remove the brownies from the pan and slice into squares.
